Discussion and possible action to enter into an Agreement with Top Site Civil Group, LLC in the amount of $12,500.00 for a Traffic Engineering Study for the Webb County 1848 Fairgrounds-Phase II; and authorizing the County Judge to execute all relevant documents and any other matters incident thereto. Issue: The proposed fairgrounds expansion is to include two full concrete access driveways along US Highway 59, connecting to the existing Fairgrounds (Phase 1). The Texas Department of Transportation Department (TxDOT) is requesting a Traffic Study as part of the driveway permit.
Solution: By approving this item, a study will be done in order to approve the installation of concrete aprons that will allow proper transition to US HWY 59 (TxDOT Right of Way).
