Issue: The Webb County 1848 Fairgrounds Phase II project has begun, and material testing is needed.
Solution: Hiring of Howland Engineering and Surveying Co., Inc., who holds a full-service testing laboratory and who is part of R.F.Q. 2025-014 Material Testing Services for Webb County Projects.
Result: Experienced field personnel to do the required testing needed for this project.
