Issue: The Webb County 1848 Fairgrounds Pavilion & Restaurant Renovation Project continues, and material testing is needed. The previous purchase order ($5,801.25), which has been exhausted, was based on one part of the project plans.
Solution: Hiring of Howland Engineering and Surveying Co., Inc., who holds a full-service testing laboratory and who is part of R.F.Q. 2025-014 Material Testing Services for Webb County Projects.
Result: Experienced field personnel to do the required testing needed for this project.
