Discussion and possible action to accept the rankings and award Request for Proposal (RFP) 2026-015 "Fuel Services for a 3-Year Service Agreement" effective October 1, 2026, to the highest ranking respondent, Arguindegui Oil Co. for the delivery of fuel to the designated area at the Webb County Public Works Facility and to further authorize General Counsel to prepare the service agreement and any other matters incident thereto. [Account #7100-6080-001-462605 (Fuel & Lubricants)]

Issue: Commissioners Court authorized the solicitation of fuel services managed by the Webb County Road and Bridge Department/Motor Pool division.  A total of four (4) proposals were submitted by the published deadline. 

Solution: Consideration to authorize the award to the highest ranking company as recommended by the Scoring Committee and the Purchasing Agent.  

Results: If approved, General Counsel will prepare the Fueling service agreement for final approval by the Webb County Commissioners Court and execution by the Webb County Judge.
