Discussion and possible action to accept the rankings and award Request for Proposal (RFP) 2026-014 "Promotion Management Services for the Webb 1848 Event Center" to G&G Promotions the highest ranking respondent, and to further authorize General Counsel to prepare the service agreement's terms, conditions and fees for final approval by the Webb County Commissioners Court and execution by the County Judge and any other matters incident thereto. [Account #2031-1010-001-432001 (Professional Services)]

Issue: Commissioners Court authorized the Purchasing Agent to advertise an RFP for the subject services.  A total of two (2) proposals were submitted by the published deadline.  

Solution: Consideration to award to the highest ranking respondent as recommended by the Scoring Committee and the Webb County Purchasing Agent.

Result: If approved, General Counsel will prepare the service agreement between Webb County and selected respondent for final approval of the service agreement by the Webb County Commissioners Court.
