To discuss and approve the termination of Manatron, Inc. - A Thomson Reuters Business contract/Statement of Work with the 30 day notice per the Termination of Convenience clause in Addendum No.1 Section1 regarding the County Clerk recording software Aumentum/GRM Recorder.
Background
With the compiled letter from Hank Prejean, the 30 day notice was sent to coincide with the county fiscal year end of Sept. 30th.
This is regarding the recording software GRM or commonly knows as Aumentum from the upgrade from Anthem which has now been replaced by Tyler Eagle. We have been live on Tyler Eagle recording software since August 15th.
