Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on authorizing Purchasing Agent to advertise and receive bids for IFB# 1608-108, RM 620 Phase 2.
Background
Williamson County is requesting bids for reconstruction of the existing 4-lane roadway to 6-lane divided highway with median and turn lanes. This will consist of grading, asphalt paving, flex base, curb & gutter, storm sewer, drainage culverts, retaining walls, water quality facilities, traffic signals, sidewalks, signing and pavement markings. The estimated amount is 6,800,000.00. Substantial completion is 425 calendar days.
