Background
On July 12, 2016, item #38, the court approved Technology Services paying overtime instead of awarding comp time to some of our technicians who worked over a weekend on the network upgrade. (The dates stated in that agenda item are being corrected on today's agenda.) This LIT is to pay that overtime earned in compliance with the court's approval.
