10:00 Conduct public hearing relating to a request by Judge Bill Gravell to increase the budgeted salary amount for the position of Court Clerk II Position 0094 in the Justice of the Peace Pct. 3 Office and discuss (1) the reason for the payment in excess of the budgeted amount is being offer to the employee, including the public purpose that will be served by making the excess payment; and (2) the exact amount of the excess payment, the sources of the payment, and the terms for distribution of the payment that effect and maintain the public purpose to be served by making the excess payment.
