Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a request by Judge Bill Gravell to increase the budgeted salary amount for the position of Court Clerk II, position 0094 in the Justice of the Peace Pct. 3 Office from the budgeted annual salary amount of $30,299.17 to the increased salary amount of $31,750 for the remainder of the current fiscal year.
Background
This increase is due to a retention request and will be funded using unallocated funds in the current JP3 budget.
