Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on the Promotion/Pinning Ceremony for Mike Knipstein as the new Williamson County EMS Director.
Background
This is a WCEMS tradition for new employees and promotions. Per tradition, Mike's wife Heather will Pin him. I would also ask the Judge or Senior Commissioner to swear Mike in with the WCEMS Oath. Mike has requested that we perform the pinning on December 20th, so his 3 daughters can participate.
