Background
WCEC is responsible for the systems within the ESOC. A hallway door was recently added to enhance / improve the overall internal security and access within the secured areas of the ESOC. This request is for the transfer of funds for two items related to this enhancement. The first is to cover the cost of installation of a door in the back hallway of the ESOC. The second is for the installation of electronic door locks and access badge readers for controlled access through the door.
