Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on awarding RFP # 1704-158 Historic Courthouse Sidewalk Paver Project to the overall best respondent Westar Construction, Inc. and authorizing the execution of the agreement.

Background

After thorough evaluation of the five (5) proposals received it was determined by the evaluation committee to award the contract to Westar Construction for the amount of $75,000.00. This project has a final completion of 75 days from the date of notice to proceed.
