Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on authorizing the extension of Patient Monitoring Devices, #14IFB00212, for the same pricing, terms and conditions as the existing Contract for the term of August 26, 2017 - August 25, 2018, with Philips Healthcare.

Background

This is the third extension of three (3) possible, one (1) year renewal options.  EMS, the user department, processed a vendor performance report stating Philips Healthcare exceeds requirements and recommended renewal.
