Background
Existing FP Mailing Postage Meter no longer supported by vendor. New Pitney-Bowes Postage Meter and lease was established through Wilco Purchasing. Due to overlap in billing from transition from old meter to new meter and increased lease cost of new meter a shortfall in funding in line item 0100-0552-004216 occurred. In order to address the shortfall we are requesting the above transfer of funds.
