Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on authorizing the extension of Limestone Rock Asphalt, #1506-008, for the same pricing, terms and conditions as the existing contract for the term of August 18, 2016 - August 17, 2017, with Vulcan Construction Materials, LLC.
Background
This is the second extension of two (2) possible, one (1) year renewal options. Road and Bridge, the user department, processed a vendor performance report stating Vulcan Construction Materials met requirements and recommended renewal.
