Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on an Encroachment on Easement instrument with Oncor Electric Delivery Company, LLC (Oncor) to allow for a storm water drain to encroach upon Oncor’s easement at the North Campus Facility Project.
Background
A storm water culvert is being extended into the right of way so drainage swale can be filled in and property can be used.
