Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving agreement between Mtech Comfort Systems, USA and Williamson County for Installation Component of HVAC Units for the Justice Center, in the amount of $231,400.00 pursuant to TIPS contract # 1032615, and authorizing the execution of the agreement.
Background
This Agreement is for Justice Center HVAC units that need replacement due to the current units' use of R22 refrigerant, which is no longer produced. Additionally, since the roof is being redone, there is a need to redo the curbs the units sit on to prevent any roof leaks. Facilities sought quotes and recommends a contract with Mtech utilizing their awarded TIPS contract #1032615. Total amount of this agreement is $231,400.00.
