Discuss, consider and take any appropriate action regarding First Amended Billing and Accounts Receivable Service Agreement with DM Medical Billings, LLC to support operations of Williamson County EMS.
 

The service agreement was updated to reflect the following changes: address of DM Medical Billing, removal of specific electronic patient care report vendor name and replaced with vendor neutral language, change in filing timeline for commercial insurance, and updated signatures for DM Medical Billing leadership.  This first amendment will cover the remainder of the 2017 term and any renewals (on same terms and conditions) that are approved during the normal renewal process.  This service agreement was reveiwed and approved by Williamson County legal.
