Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on awarding IFB# 1707-173, for Wilco Annex and Children's Advocacy Center  Fog Seal to the lowest and best bidder, Alpha Paving, and authorizing the execution of service agreement.

Background

One (1) bidder submitted a bid for this project and four (4) downloaded the specs.  Due to the nature of the equipment and specs for the fog seal there are a limited number of vendors in the state that are able to perform the work.  Substantial completion of the project will be 15 days after notice to proceed and final completion will be 20 days after notice to proceed.
