Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on authorizing the extension of Landscape Maintenance for the County per contract #1506-077, for the same pricing, terms and conditions as the existing contract for the term of October 1, 2017 - September 30, 2018, with Red White Greenery.
Background
This is the second and final extension for this contract. The Facilities Department submitted a Vendor Performance Report (VPR) that reflected the Vendor exceeding our requirements on this contract and requests to renew for the last renewal period.
