Discuss, consider and take any appropriate action regarding approval and receipt of the Standard Agreement with Anderson Mill Limited District regarding off-duty contracting of County Sheriff Deputies.

Background

This agreement gives permission for Anderson Mill to contract County Deputies in a private capacity and the County to invoice Anderson Mill Limited District for deputies' vehicle usage.
