Background
The Tobacco Fund Budget is being requested to be amended to fund the HUG (High Utilizer Group) program from January 2018 thru September 2018.
The amendment includes amending revenue and expenditures.
Additional Revenue of $939,404.04-Ambulance Services UC
Additional Expenditure of $534,150.01 for a new department in the Fund Called 0540-Emergency Medical Services.
