Discuss, consider and take appropriate action to rescind the vote on Agenda Item No. 29 of the July 17, 2018 Regular Session of the Williamson County Commissioners Court whereby the Commissioners Court approved Change Order No. 1 for a credit in the amount of $8,830.00 for the Mitigation for Cambria Cavern.
Background
Williamson County has recently acquired a subterranean easement, at no cost, that will help facilitate a different solution than that of change order #1, as part of the Cambria Cave mitigation.
