Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on authorizing the extension of Lease Property 9769 Hwy 29, Georgetown, Texas 78628 for the term of July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019 with tenant Greg Boatright.

This is the third extension of four (4) possible, one (1) year renewal options. Rent is $894.20 per month, with an additional $414.50 per month, which is one-twelfth the amount of the annual property tax. The third term was delayed in order to obtain outside inspection of property services which occurred in July, with items noted being addressed by facilities. Acceptance to proceed was received.  Funds received are deposited into Capital Projects 01.0777.0000.106000 for the basic rent, and 01.0100.0000.362000 for the property taxes.
