Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the amended service contract between Stanley Convergent Security Solutions, Inc. and Williamson County for installation of security access system relating to the Georgetown Annex project in the amended amount of $80,744.19 and authorizing the execution of the agreement.

Background

Stanley Security Solutions will expand the County-wide access control system into the Georgetown Annex, furnishing all labor and materials. This is an amendment to the initial contract that was approved on July 10, 2018.  The department point of contact is Dale Butler. This expenditure will be charged to P325 which was approved as a capital request for FY2018.
