This supplemental agreement is necessary to reimburse PEC an additional $43,443.74 for costs incurred due to additional design and construction work for revised construction phasing and right-of-way (ROW) constraints. The ROW had to be cleared before relocations began and an adjacent landowner's fence also had to be removed and reinstalled for access, all prior to the start of the relocation work. The actual cost of the relocations increased by $43,443.74 to a new total cost of $182,308.74, with 100% being reimbursed by the County for a total reimbursement amount of $182,308.74.
