Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on ratifying the approval and execution of rental agreement with Preferred Climate Solutions for the rental of three (3) patio heaters in the total amount of $675 for the Taylor EXPO Center.

Background

The patio heaters are necessary to heat the COVID testing site at the Williamson County Expo Center in Taylor from December 14-17, 2020. The agreement which includes delivery, pick up of the units and 6 propane tanks. Additional tanks can be provided for an additional $25 charge per tank. This document had to be executed prior to being placed on the court agenda due to the timing of the testing. Department Contact: Shantelle Brannon, funding source: CARES.
