Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approval of the final plat for the Santa Rita Ranch South Section 8B subdivision – Precinct 2.

This is the next section of the Santa Rita Ranch South development.  It consists of 58 single family lots, 2 landscape lots, 1 park lot and 1,851 linear feet of new public roads.  Roadway and drainage construction are not yet complete but a financial security in the amount of $677,467.25 has been posted with the County to cover the cost of the remaining construction.

Timeline
2020-05-29 – initial submittal of the final plat
2020-06-26 – 1st review complete with comments
2020-12-30 – 2nd submittal of final plat
2021-01-11 – 2nd review complete with comments cleared except for completing construction
2021-01-12 – receipt of final plat with all signatures
2021-01-13 – receipt of a financial security in the amount of the remaining construction
2021-01-14 – final plat placed on the January 19, 2021 Commissioners Court agenda for consideration
