Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving a contract between Williamson County and Console Cleaning Specialists, Inc. dba Communication Center Specialists to provide annual cleaning and maintenance of twenty-three (23) 9-1-1 workstation consoles and furniture in the not-to-exceed amount of $8,625.00 to support operations of Williamson County Emergency Communications and authorizing execution of the agreement.
Background
This agreement provides for Communication Center Specialists to conduct annual preventative maintenance services to the 9-1-1 workstation consoles to include detailed cleaning and sanitation. Multiple quotes for this service were obtained. Department point of contact is Michael Moody. Funding source 01.0100.0581.004500.
