Discuss, consider and take any appropriate action regarding termination of agreement with Thomson Reuters and cancellation of licenses for West CLEAR ProFlex on behalf of Williamson County Sheriff's Department and authorize county judge to sign letter providing 30-day notice of termination to be effective at the end of the current fiscal year.
Background
The Williamson County Sheriff's Office does not utilize the licensing provided by this agreement. The cancellation of this contract does not impact other Thomas Reuters/West CLEAR ProFlex contracts in place with other county entities.
