Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approval of the final plat for the Eastwood Section II subdivision – Precinct 3.

Background

This is the next section of the Eastwood development.  It consists of 144 single family lots, 2 drainage/green space lots, and 3,907 feet of new public roads.  Roadway and drainage construction is not yet complete, but a financial security in the amount of $200,496.75 has been posted with the County to cover the cost of the remaining construction.

Timeline
2020-11-30 – initial submittal of the final plat
2020-12-30 – 1st review complete with comments
2021-01-11 – 2nd submittal of final plat
2021-01-26 – 2nd review complete with comments
2021-07-05 – 3rd submittal of final plat with signatures
2021-07-06 – 3rd review complete with comments clear except completing construction
2021-07-08 – receipt of financial security for the remaining construction
2021-07-15 – final plat placed on the July 20, 2021 Commissioners Court agenda for consideration
