Background
Approval of this lease will support the operations of the Williamson County Purchasing Department with a new copy machine. The monthly dollar amount is $178.76 and included in the agreement is 4,000 copies a month with overages to be charged at $.0070 each, delivery, installation, training, parts, labor and toner. This agreement is for 36 months effective 12.01-2021. The department point of contact is Kerstin Hancock. The line item expenditure is 01.0100.0494.004621.
