Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving a lease with Sharp Electronics Corps for one (1) copier for Williamson County Commissioner Pct #4, one (1) in the amount of $136.81 per month for a total amount of $1,504.91 pursuant to DIR Contract #DIR-CPO-4433 lease.
Background
Approval of these leases will support the operations of Williamson County Commissioner Pct #4. New lease term is for 48 months effective 11/01/2021 which includes 2,000 copies/prints per month overages @ $0.0089 each and all color copies @$0.054. Department point of contract is Kelly Hammeren. The expenditure will be charged to 01.0100.0214.004621.
