Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the lease agreement between Williamson County and Sharp Electronics Corp. for a copier at a monthly rate of $136.34, to include 3,000 copies per month plus overages pursuant to the DIR-CPO-4433 contract.
Background
The approval of this agreement will benefit the Commissioner's Court Legal Department with a new copy machine. This agreement is for a 48-months, with a monthly charge is $136.34 plus overages to be charged at $0.0070 each. Agreement includes 3,000 copies per month, delivery, installation, training, parts, labor, toner and staples. Department point of contact is Connie Odom. The line expenditure to be charged is 01.0100.0401.004621.
