Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the contract between Williamson County and Facilities Resource, Inc. for the purchase of furniture at the District Attorney's Office for the total amount of $5,461.20 per the terms of the Omnia National contract number #2019-001896, and authorizing the execution of the contract.

Background

The attached quote has detailed information regarding the type of furnishings to be purchased for a total of $5,461.20.  The Co-op contract is through Omnia National #2019-001896 and is valid through 4/30/2024.  Department contact is Grace Frias.  This expenditure will be charged to 01.100.0440.003005.
