To discuss and take appropriate action on a contract amendment to the Texas State Library contract for the County Clerk.
Background
We are increasing the original contract by $50,000 as the original amount of $275,000 was in the 385 budget but we also have $50,000 in the 384 budget that is for microfilm and/or storage. Purchasing is requiring that the contract with the State Library be increased to match our approved budgeted amounts for microfilm and/or storage with the Texas State Library for 2021-2022.
