Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on the amended pass through budget and acknowledge Josh Renner (Williamson County Conservation Foundation) as project point-of-contact and Jody Cook (Williamson County Auditor's Office) as contract point-of-contact for the grant awarded to proposal submission F21AS00171 Amending Williamson County Regional Habitat Conservation Plan to Cover Six Additional Species.

The Court has previously approved the submission of grant proposal F21AS00171 Amending Williamson County Regional Habitat Conservation Plan to Cover Six Additional Species (03/09/2021).  The grant was recently awarded and an amended pass-through budget, signed by the contract point-of contact, must be submitted to Texas Parks and Wildlife (TPWD) in order to complete drafting the grant contract. The reimbursable amount of this grant is $712,146.00 and the match amount is $287,854.00. All funds for the match will come from the Williamson County Conservation Foundation (WCCF) corpus. The application for this grant and funding amount has been approved by the WCCF Board. Changes in the amended budget include an update in the fiscal years and a three-year working calendar to meet the TPWD project requirements for section 6 funding.  No changes were made to the funding amount from the original proposal.
