Background
This amended plat is for Lots 2A & 2B, Block A, a re-subdivision of Lot 2, Block A, Teravista Section 25 re-plat that previously approved May 10th, 2017. It consists of 2 commercial lots and no new public roads. The reason for the amendment is to adjust the property line between the two lots approximately 25 feet to the west.
