Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the agreement between Data Projections and Williamson County for the DPI Gold Annual Maintenance for all courtroom AV systems for the not to exceed amount of $48,600.00, pursuant to TIPS Contract #210101 and authorizing the execution of the agreement.
Background
Approval of this maintenance agreement will support the operations at the Williamson County Courts/Facilities, all Court Rooms, Grand Jury Room at Tele-Justice Center, all JPC Courts, GT Annex and the Juvenile Courtroom in County. Data Projections provides the audio visual system and videoconferencing support for those departments. The attached addendum and quote define the details of this agreement. Legal, Contract Audit, IT and Budget have reviewed this agreement for FY22. The line expenditure being charged is 01.0100.0503.004500. The Department contact will be Richard Semple.
