Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the agreement between Excell, Inc and Williamson County for a waste oil tank and installation in the amount of $102,029.00 pursuant to BuyBoard Contract # 590-19, and authorizing execution of the agreement.
Background
Approval of this item will support the operations of Williamson County Fleet Services. Upon inspection, it was found that the current waste oil tank is not in compliance with TCEQ regulations. Due to the current tank being close to its age of expiration it cannot be repaired, and a replacement is necessary. The Williamson County Services Agreement and quote are attached that provide the details of the project. Legal, contract audit, and budget have reviewed this purchase. This expenditure will be charged to FY22 01.0882.0882.004510. Department contact is Kevin Teller.
