Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving a lease with Sharp Electronics Corps for one (1) copier for Williamson County Wireless Communications, one (1) in the amount of $147.70 per month pursuant to DIR Contract #DIR-CPO-4433 lease.
Background
Approval of these leases will support the operations of Williamson County Wireless Communications. New lease term is for 36 months effective 02/01/2022 which includes 2,000 copies/prints per month overages @ $0.0089 each and all color copies @$0.054. The expenditure will be charged to 01.0100.0587.004621. Department point of contract is Thomas Piche.
