Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the agreement between Williamson County and Central Square in the amount of $30,470.00, for Safety Project Management and Technical Services and exempting the purchase from the competitive bidding requirements for said service established by Section 262.024 (a)(7)(D) [Captive Replacement Parts and Components for Equipment] of the Texas Local Government Code Discretionary Exemptions, and authorizing the execution of the agreement.

Approval of this item will support the Williamson County Sheriff's Office. Central Square was sole sourced under discretionary exemptions as the sole provider for public safety software in Commissioner's Court on 5.5.2020.
