Background
The Corridor H - Sam Bass Road Project requires TCEQ approval of a Roadway Application (formerly known as a Water Pollution Abatement Plan, or WPAP) prior to construction. A TCEQ Agent Authorization Form is required to authorize an employee of K Friese + Associates to submit the application for TCEQ review and approval on behalf of the County.
