Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the agreements for Tyler Technologies customization requests in the total amount of $14,800, pursuant to Sourcewell contract #090320-TTI, and authorizing execution of the agreements.
Background
Approval of this item will add customizations to current Tyler Technologies software products and benefit the Pre-Trial Department. These customizations include the addition of arrest date column to caseload report ($2,000), addition of mugshots to the Odyssey Integration ($4,800), and financial assessment revisions ($8,000). An agreement is attached for each customization request. IT, legal, contract audit, and budget have reviewed this purchase. This expenditure will be charged to FY22 01.0100.0503.004100.
