It is staff's recommendation that all responses received to IFB #22IFB47 Live Oak Ranch Subdivision Roadway and Drainage Improvements Phase 1 be rejected to allow for modifications to the specifications and rebid to obtain competitive pricing that would serve in the best interest of the County. Smith Contracting is the low bidder for #22IFB47 Live Oak Ranch Subdivision Roadway and Drainage Improvements Phase 1 project. The bid from Smith Contracting was 39.1 % over the engineer's cost estimate.
