Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a Contract Amendment No. 2 to the Davilla Culvert Replacement and Thrall Street Project contract between Williamson County and RS&H, Inc. relating to the 2019 Road Bond Program. Projects: P486 and P374. Fund Source: Road Bonds.
Background
The RS&H Contract Amendment No. 2 increases the compensation cap by $33,000.00 from $150,000.00 to $183,000.00 to account for PS&E revisions to preserve additional historic brick pavement on the Davilla Culvert Replacement and construction phase services for the Thrall project.
