Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approval of the final plat for the Eastwood Section 6 subdivision – Precinct 4.

Background

This is the next section of the Eastwood development.  It consists of 114 single family lots, 2 landscape lots, 2 mixed-use lots, 1 green space/utility lot and 4,055 feet of new public roads.  Roadway and drainage construction has been completed. 

Timeline
2021-07-01 – initial submittal of the final plat
2021-07-30 – 1st review complete with comments
2021-09-14 – 2nd submittal of final plat
2021-09-28 – 2nd review complete with comments
2021-12-22 – 3rd submittal of final plat with signatures
2022-01-05 – 3rd review complete with comments cleared except completing construction
2022-01-10 – construction completed
2022-01-13 – final plat placed on the January 18, 2022 Commissioners Court agenda for consideration
