Consider recognizing Cynthia Tidwell and Marlen Rossetti for their service and dedication resulting in the Williamson County Clerk's office being awarded the 2021 Exemplary Five Star Award by the Texas Department of State Health Services Vital Statistics Section. This marks the 23rd consecutive year that the Williamson County Clerk's team has been awarded the 5 Star Local Registrar Award. This is the seventh time within the last 23 years that they have achieved the EXEMPLARY designation. This designation has higher standards that must be met that are harder to attain than the normal required standards. The other years that this higher level was attained was 2003, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2019, and now in 2021.
