Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on authorizing the Purchasing Agent to solicit and receive sealed proposals for Inmate Phone, Video Visitation and Digital Mail Services under RFP #21RFP62.

Williamson County is requesting sealed proposals for a fully operational, flexible, secure and reliable Inmate Telephone and Video Visitation Services (ITVVS), including but not limited to all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals necessary for successful installation and operation.  The provision of ITVVS and the quality and reliability of such service is a high priority. Any contract awarded as a result of this RFP shall remain in effect for a period of thirty-six (36) months from date of installation completion.  Upon expiration of the initial term, this agreement may be renewed for up to two (2) consecutive additional one (1) year terms, provided both parties mutually agree in writing.  There is no expenditure to the county as this is a revenue generating contract.
